1- I purchased the software and did not receive my activation key, what should i do?

Did you checked your spambox? If it has been more than 24 hours, please contact us filling our technical support form with your name and email address.

2- My Activation key does not work, what can i do?

You must copy and paste the name and serial as given. You must respect small and capital letters. Also make sure you have installed the latest version of the software. Indeed, activation keys are compatible with the latest versions of the software available on our website.

3- Where do I enter my activation key?

You should go to the "Information" window and then click on "Register". A new window will appears where you will be able to enter name and key as received.

4- My serial is no more working with the latest version of the software, what can i do?

On this page, click in the left menu on "Lost Activation Key" and enter the email used with PayPal to purchase the software. A valid activation key for the latest version of the software will be sent to you. (Don't forget to check spambox)

5- I can't download the software, The setup is corrupted

You must remove your temporary internet files and then download again the software.

6- I can't update the software, it's still the same version

You must first remove your temporary internet files. Then, download and install again the software.

7- Can i purchase your softwares without using paypal?

Currently, Paypal is the only way available to purchase our software.
